Guest Experience Front Desk Agent

KMG Hotels

KMG Hotels is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent. This role is often the first point of contact for guests, requiring warm and knowledgeable service to provide reassurance about their choice to stay. The Front Desk Agent will register guests, manage check-ins/outs, accommodate special requests, and ensure proper handling of cash and credit.
