Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Chemical Plant Capital Projects Duration: Long Term Contract Pay Rate: $75–$85/hour (W2) all inclusive This job doesn't offer any Paid time off and Holiday Pay Relocation at your own cost We have an immediate opening for a Construction Manager supporting capital projects at a chemical manufacturing facility in South Deerfield, MA. Key Responsibilities Manage construction, expansion, and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and EHS teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring compliance with site safety requirements. Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, Process Safety Management (PSM), Management of Change (MOC), LOTO, hot work permits, confined space entry, and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR). Monitor installation of process equipment, piping, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Provide project status updates and support permitting activities with regulatory agencies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of Construction Management experience , including at least 3 years in a chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial process plant environment. Experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. Strong knowledge of OSHA, PSM, contractor safety, and industrial construction practices. Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software. Knowledge of process piping, P&IDs, mechanical equipment installation, and instrumentation. Preferred Qualifications PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM). Experience with ASME, API, NEC, and NFPA codes. Hazardous materials or EPA RMP experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Belcan
