Business Development DirectorHome Care ServicesGuardian Angel Senior Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives and strengthen relationships throughout the healthcare and community sectors.This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, relationship-focused professional who understands the home care industry and knows how to turn strong partnerships into sustainable business growth.Position OverviewThe Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that expand our client base, increase referral opportunities, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and grow our private-pay services.The ideal candidate will be highly connected within the healthcare and senior services communities, comfortable meeting with referral sources and decision-makers, and motivated by building long-term relationships that make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive company growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, care managers, elder service organizations, and other referral partners.Identify and cultivate new referral sources and strategic healthcare partnerships.Develop opportunities for private-pay home care services and increase market penetration.Pursue and develop healthcare contracts and other strategic business opportunities.Represent the organization at community events, healthcare networking events, conferences, senior expos, and professional meetings.Conduct regular outreach, presentations, meetings, and relationship-building activities with referral partners.Educate referral sources, clients, families, and community partners about our home care services and capabilities.Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to expand services into new communities.Collaborate closely with Recruiting, Operations, Clinical, Scheduling, and Executive Leadership to ensure business development efforts translate into successful client and caregiver placements.Track referral activity, business development efforts, conversion rates, and growth opportunities.Maintain accurate records of business relationships, outreach activities, leads, and prospective partnerships.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth.Develop and maintain a strong professional presence within the communities we serve.Represent Guardian Angel Senior Services with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional client care.What We're Looking ForProven experience in business development, sales, healthcare marketing, account management, or a related field.Experience within home care, healthcare, senior services, or a related industry strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional referral relationships.Strong understanding of the healthcare and senior care referral landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed.Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.Ability to represent the organization confidently in professional and community settings.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outreach and meetings.The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who is energetic, entrepreneurial, well-connected, and passionate about healthcare and serving seniors.The right person will not simply maintain existing relationships-they will actively create new opportunities, open doors, build partnerships, and help position Guardian Angel Senior Services as a trusted leader in home care.Why Join Guardian Angel Senior Services?Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.Leadership role with significant opportunity for professional growth.Collaborative and mission-driven work environment.Opportunity to build and expand a strong professional network.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Be part of a growing organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services.If you're a relationship builder who thrives on creating opportunities and growing healthcare partnerships, we'd love to hear from you!Guardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
