Able and willing to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to cover all day parts (open, mid, close) including two nights closing. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, honesty, communication, attention to detail, coaching mentality with a heart for serving others. Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution with guests and team members. Ability to work outside Ability to lead and coach others with care Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs Responsibilities: Lead a team of hospitality professionals in a fast paced environment Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Use Core 4 during guest interactions Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately with a sense of urgency Communicate effectively with guests and team members Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, procedures and dress code at all times Learn all positions in your area of the restaurant Be a good steward of resources and equipment Complete all assigned training within a set time period Winning the hearts of guests through consistent execution of role fundamentals Other duties as assigned If you are a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for leadership development, we want to hear from you!
