Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist providing virtual and onsite teletherapy services to middle school students. The position is based in Andover, MN, with primary responsibilities supporting middle school caseloads, either onsite or via teletherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services using both onsite and teletherapy methods tailored to middle school students.
• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and educational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license (required, no pending licenses accepted).
• Experience with telespeech and teletherapy in school settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseload within 0.8 FTE workload (approximately 30 hours per week) without exceeding state mandated limits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for working with middle school populations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Location: Andover, Minnesota (onsite preferred; virtual options available)

Contract Term: Immediate start through June 8, 2026
