Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant (Receptionist), (Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm), to join our team at Careview Health & Rehab of Minocqua. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support. You will make a meaningful contribution to our team by working collaboratively with staff, supporting shared goals, and helping to create a positive, compassionate environment for both residents and employees. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as neede Ensure the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.
