Description Associate IS Support Technician - On Site Serves as the key point of support to resolve caregivers' issues, fulfill requests for information technology services. Service Delivery team members must deliver timely and accurate Information Technology support and services to all Providence caregivers, partners, and customers while maintaining a focus on positive customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent education/experience. Upon hire: Current certification A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, MCSA, CSA, ACE, CCIE, or MSDBA. 2 years experience in remote or IS field technical support. 2 years Healthcare IS experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
