Sole Onsite IT Support Technician - End User Expert
CACI International Inc.
CACI International Inc. seeks an End User Support IT Technician to be the sole onsite IT support for ~70 end users at the King of Prussia, PA site. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and document issues via onsite and remote channels, ensuring timely ticket resolution and system reliability. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, inventory management, and supporting Windows/AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
