• Program and machine 2D and 3D features for plastic injection molds (full CAD/CAM workflow)
• Set up and run Makino, Fidia, and DMG equipment with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• Apply laser tool setting techniques and leverage machine macros for repeatability
• Execute precise 2D operations and sculpt accurate 3D surfaces
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely in a busy manufacturing environment

• 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience; Tebis experience is a major plus
• Deep familiarity with plastic injection molds
• Strength in setups, with sound judgment, honesty, integrity, and teamwork
• Comfort working around oils and lubricants
• Physical readiness: constant standing/walking, some bending/climbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
