Staffing Coordinator

As a Staffing Coordinator supporting the nursing department, you will prepare, adjust, and maintain schedules. You will be responsible for managing time records, time off requests, and provide reports/data, as needed, in accordance with parameters set by the Director of Nursing and state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative experience, such as scheduling, is beneficial for this role.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and team members.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
