Connect with readers to uncover stories and build trust. Hand off clear recommendations and keep records updated. Key Responsibilities: Lead 10-15 minute calls and capture reader interests. Maintain accurate notes in monday.com and review AI summaries. Ideal Candidate: Listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and summarizes well.
