What you’ll coordinate and deliver

• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates into open roles.
• Match associates to opportunities that fit their strengths and goals.
• Nurture relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Run smooth onboarding and new‑hire orientations.
• Follow up after placement to support long‑term success.
• Drive outreach through outbound recruiting and sales calls.
• Record every step accurately to keep pipelines moving.

Experience and skills

• Background in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office included).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
