Credit Analyst

Credit AnalystOur client is a global technology leader known for its innovative consumer electronics, mobile devices, and cutting-edge semiconductor solutions.The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable, credit risk management, reviewing AR aging, and must be comfortable following up on past-due invoices. The Credit Analyst must be tech and systems savvy with excellent communication skills and be willing to learn and grow in the role. The Credit Analyst will report to the Credit / AR manager and work closely with the sales team. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting.Reconcile, research, and resolve credit/billing discrepancies on customers' A/R accountsPost wires, perform adjustments, and/or process credit refunds for assigned accountsPerform account reconciliationInvestigate and resolve any irregularities or customer inquiriesRequest/or review sales forecast and payment history to simulate credit limit required to support salesReview and approve credit memos and RMA requestsProduce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (cash forecast, aging, etc.) to the manager as requiredPerform other duties/projectsQuick learner, detail-oriented, team player with ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete all tasks on timeAbility to work independentlyExcellent customer supportAbility to communicate articulately and efficientlyAbility to work under pressure and multi-task to meet an aggressive scheduleWork cross-departmentally to ensure the success of the organizationIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
