- MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 11:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $15.00$17.00 per hour
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to join our Wellness Center team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Assist with Wellness Center memberships and member records.
- Issue membership badges.
- Maintain reception area, supplies, and promotional materials.
- Organize confidential files and perform general administrative duties.
- Provide information about Wellness Center services.
- Attend required training and follow organizational policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
