Hotel Overnight Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team! Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication and the ability to problem solve. This is an over‑night position, hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS! IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY! Responsibilities Run the night audit and reset the operating system for the next day's business. Send out daily financial reports to the above property and corporate team. Greet guests both in person and over the phone. Coordinate guest check‑in/check‑out and assist guests with making reservations. Answer guest questions and assist guests with any problems they may experience. Monitor daily reservations and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check‑in. Handle financial transactions (both cash and credit). Promptly assist with guest requests. Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints. Ensure cleanliness of the property and perform light cleaning duties if needed. Other duties as assigned by the general manager. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout the shift. Detail oriented. Professional attitude. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently.
