We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our full-service Plumbing Company. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long-time career and to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan, schedule, and attend appointments, meetings and events
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Update accounting and billing system
- Handle accounts payable/receivable
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks required to run office operations on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- Computer literate with knowledge in Quickbooks, Adobe, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Responsible and able to work alone and with a team
- Dispatching experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Knowledgeable with plumbing material and jobs a plus
