What You’ll Do: The Role: Vice President / Senior Vice President of Operations The Vice President of Operations (VPO/SVPO) is a senior leader with direct accountability for academic, operational, and financial performance across a region of campuses. This role owns student success, NCLEX performance, retention, and campus level execution, while building strong leadership teams and driving consistency through disciplined operating models. This is a hands‑on role for a decisive operator who enjoys leading through complexity, improving performance, and developing high impact leaders. Own performance across multiple campuses, including NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student outcomes Build, assess, coach, and upgrade Campus President talent Establish clear ownership, operating standards, and accountability rhythms Diagnose underperformance and lead targeted interventions, including talent and process changes Use data and dashboards to identify risk early and close performance gaps Personally engage in struggling campuses to reset execution and leadership alignment Own P&L performance, including budgeting and resource allocation Partner with executive leadership to deliver enterprise priorities and cross‑functional initiatives Oversee campus operations, facilities, and compliance Resolve escalated student issues and address root causes to prevent recurrence Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal standards Foster a student first, mission aligned campus culture What We Need From You: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in upper management Proven success leading multi‑site operations with clear accountability for outcomes What We Are Offering You: Base salary range of $180,000 – $210,000 USD commensurate with education, experience, and relatable skills. This position is eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus of up to 25% subject to the achievement of individual and company performance goals. Opportunities for professional development.
