Key Responsibilities\n

• Build trusting and therapeutic relationships with patients to foster a safe and supportive environment.

• Assess and diagnose a broad range of mental health issues, providing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly consult with patients, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic approaches to meet evolving needs.

• Maintain comprehensive patient records, documenting progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to align with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples facing relationship challenges, families navigating complex dynamics, and individuals dealing with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role is integral in helping clients develop effective coping strategies and improve their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Georgia.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong grounding in clinical skills with demonstrated success in therapeutic settings.

• Certification or experience in addiction therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
