Required Skills Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) – configuration and customization Strong experience in role-based access and application management Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket and code & release management practices Experience with Atlassian plugin development and customization Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notifications Strong SQL and database knowledge Experience in Unix/Linux environments Application deployment experience (Java, standalone apps, COTS) Ability to analyze and manage bug reports and system issues Key Responsibilities Administer and architect Jira Cloud environments (end-to-end) Configure and customize workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and dashboards Design, develop, and maintain Jira plugins and custom solutions Manage Jira upgrades, installations, and plugin updates Monitor Jira databases and manage data migrations (Prod to Test) Integrate Jira with other enterprise tools and systems Troubleshoot configuration and performance issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements Train and support end users on Jira features and best practices Ensure platform security, stability, and performance optimization Support delivery across greenfield and brownfield projects and mentor team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
