Job Summary: Stream Companies is a leading full-service, tech-enabled advertising agency specializing in the automotive industry. They are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product to lead product innovation and development, focusing on creating and executing strategies for current and future software products that enhance automotive advertising through technology. Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Stream’s suite of technology solutions, including Retail Ready and new product initiatives.
- Drive product innovation that simplifies and automates automotive advertising for OEMs, dealers, and agencies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across engineering, media, analytics, sales, and client services to bring products from concept to launch.
- Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities in the automotive and ad tech ecosystem.
- Create a disciplined product development lifecycle (PDLC) process focused on speed, usability, and market fit.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO in scaling tech-driven revenue and improving client retention through product adoption.
- Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure continuous feedback loops inform iteration and optimization.
- Oversee go-to-market planning for product launches in coordination with marketing, sales, and account teams.
- Define and track KPIs for product adoption, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in martech, SaaS, or automotive tech
- Proven success launching and scaling B2B or B2B2C software products
- Deep understanding of product strategy, agile development, UX, and analytics
- Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate with engineering on architecture and integration
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions
