Join Our Growing Civil Litigation Team! A well-established and collaborative law firm is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to become a vital member of its civil litigation practice. Position Overview We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years (up to 6 years maximum) of experience in civil litigation, who are ready to contribute actively to our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery Engaging in motion practice Taking and defending depositions Representing clients in court appearances Preparing for trials Who We Are Looking for A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic Exceptional academic and professional credentials Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload Proactive, positive, and eager to learn and grow A commitment to delivering outstanding client service Comfort in both independent and collaborative work settings Requirements: Active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
