Sales Manager

DuPratt Ford Dixon

DuPratt Ford Dixon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our new/used car sales team in Dixon, CA. This role requires a passionate leader who can drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive sales process and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase new/used car sales.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stock department to ensure availability of vehicles.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and local regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Familiarity with automotive finance and leasing
Strong background in internet lead handling.
Vehicle ordering experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
