About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner, responsible for the overall financial strategy, and will provide hands-on leadership in daily financial operations. This role involves serving as the senior financial leader, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Vice President of Finance will also be involved in all financial functions, including accounting, reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics, and will manage relationships with key financial partners. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in manufacturing financial management. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in driving profitability, managing financial operations, and supporting growth initiatives. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in a manufacturing or private equity environment, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA and MBA being strong preferences, and must demonstrate the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
