Outside Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses solve problems? I'm partnering with a business technology company seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow an assigned territory through consultative selling and new business development.

This role focuses on hardware, software, IT services, and document and information management solutions that help customers improve efficiency, strengthen security, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout an assigned territory.
• Understand customers' business processes, identify challenges, and recommend technology solutions aligned with their needs and goals.
• Present and demonstrate hardware, software, and IT services to business decision-makers.
• Develop proposals, manage sales opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Expand existing customer relationships by identifying additional software, IT services, and hardware needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer information, sales activity, proposals, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and technology through ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive customer experience and long-term customer loyalty.
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, virtual conversations, networking events, and community activities.
