Our organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the Evening or Night Shift in Cooperstown, NY.
Exciting Opportunity: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available!

Key Responsibilities:Oversee resident care by scheduling and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
Create a supportive atmosphere for residents and their families.
Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and staff, providing necessary information.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established rules and regulations.
Safeguard resident confidentiality by monitoring the handling of sensitive information.
Manage documentation related to resident care services effectively.
Encourage collaboration among healthcare team members.
Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
Should demonstrate strong leadership qualities and positivity as a Team Director.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software is essential.
Excellent communication abilities are required.
Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
This position involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on providing high-quality care to residents.
