ORC is seeking a remote Utilities Project Manager to lead right of way projects, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will manage a team of five, serve as the main client contact, and report progress while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. This full-time role requires travel less than 25% and allows home-office flexibility within OH, MI, PA, WV, KY, or IN.
