Responsibilities Lead the development, review, and execution of high-profile pitches, RFPs, and business development materials while ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery Oversee competitive intelligence, client research, market analysis, and business development alerts to identify opportunities and support strategic client initiatives Coordinate business development workflows and priorities, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time Maintain and enhance business development content, pitch templates, matter descriptions, league table submissions, and CRM databases to ensure accurate, compelling marketing materials Partner closely with Corporate leadership, attorneys, and cross-functional teams on lateral integration, new practice development, client initiatives, sponsorships, and strategic projects Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and department best practices while collaborating with IT, Creative Services, and Knowledge Management teams Support reporting, analytics, and other strategic business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships and the Firm's market position Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of business development or marketing experience within a law firm requried Strong knowledge of Corporate practice areas, including M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Venture Capital, Financial Restructuring, and Shareholder Activism Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment Exceptional writing, communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with experience interacting directly with attorneys and senior leadership Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Foundation, InterAction, PitchBook, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Mergermarket, LSEG, DealPointData, Octus, and iManage is highly preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and collaborate across multiple departments #J-18808-Ljbffr Kay Search Group
