What You'll Do

• Provide expert clinical care in a high-acuity Level IIIB NICU with 60 beds and approximately 625 admissions annually
• Lead clinical operations as Practice Medical Director, overseeing provider performance and patient safety initiatives
• Drive quality improvement projects and clinical innovation within neonatal services
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and academic partners to expand neonatal care programs
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, including Grand Rounds and simulation training
• Mentor residents and staff in research and scholarly activities
• Utilizing advanced neonatal therapies such as high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy
• Support a multidisciplinary team, including maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric surgery

What You Need

• Valid medical license, Board Certification in Neonatology (MD/DO)
• Minimum 1 year of post-training clinical experience in neonatology preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and clinical innovation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with academic and hospital leadership
