You will manage the complete lifecycle of new school sites—from initial location through fully functioning campus— while establishing systems that enable each launch to be faster, more streamlined, and increasingly reliable. This is not a conventional development position. Your objective is not simply to administer projects. Your objective is to remove barriers from the expansion process. This requires decisive judgment on site suitability, direct engagement with permitting and construction challenges, vendor negotiations, and aggressive timeline management. Concurrently, you will systematize each component of the process into structured, AI-enabled workflows that minimize manual intervention and enhance forecasting precision progressively.
