Evaluation Specialist

Evaluation CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator supports the conduct of externally funded program evaluations and applied research studies within MCPER's evaluation portfolio. Working with one or more Evaluation Directors, this position coordinates the day-to-day logistics of assigned projects, including scheduling, data collection activities, communication with sites and participants, and tracking of project deliverables and timelines. Coordinators may support multiple projects but do not work across all projects in the division.Responsibilities include:Coordinating day-to-day project logistics, including scheduling, data collection activities, and site communication.Tracking project deliverables, timelines, and milestones; maintaining project documentation and records.Supporting data collection and data management activities in coordination with data specialists.Communicating with project sites, participants, and stakeholders as directed.Assisting Evaluation Directors in preparing reports, presentations, and other project materials.Engaging in problem-solving activities as necessary.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.5 years of relevant experience.Experience coordinating projects, research studies, or programs, including scheduling and logistics.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective written and oral communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience coordinating education research or program evaluation projects.Experience working with data collection instruments and data management processes.Experience communicating with external project sites and stakeholders.Salary RangeProrated rate of $32,500 - $37,500 (Full-time equivalent of $65,000 - $75,000)Working ConditionsStandard office and research environment.
