What You'll Do

Lead production teams and foremen
Communicate with clients throughout active projects
Manage schedules, budgets, and project timelines
Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams
Identify potential obstacles before they become problems
Drive accountability, safety, and exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English and Spanish
Leadership experience in construction, project management, or operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Someone who takes ownership and enjoys developing others
