We're growing fast and looking for a Head Of Digital Marketing to own and scale every digital channel that drives awareness, demand, and pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role – you'll build the digital engine behind our brand and growth efforts, turning strategy into always-on performance across paid, organic, web, email, and marketing technology.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Growth, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, making sure every digital touchpoint is optimized to generate attention, engagement, and measurable business impact.

Requirements:

Own and scale our digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/organic, website, email, marketing automation, and ABM programs

Build and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize pipeline and ROI

Lead demand generation programs end-to-end – from targeting and creative to landing pages, nurture flows, and conversion optimization

Own the website and digital properties as a growth engine – continuously testing, optimizing, and improving performance

Define, track, and report on KPIs across the full funnel: traffic, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution

Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution) and ensure clean, actionable data

Partner with Brand and Content to translate creative and messaging into high-performing digital campaigns

Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools, and bring new channels and tactics into the mix

Manage agencies, freelancers, and external digital partners
