OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Tupelo, MS by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Serve as an OTR dry van driver out of Tupelo, MS for a carrier that emphasizes reliable freight and driver wellbeing. Expect mileage pay starting at 65 CPM, weekly averages around 2,500 miles, and extra pay for safe driving, inspections, and referrals.

Key duties:

• Operate modern, well‑equipped tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
• Execute scheduled deliveries, complete required inspections, and maintain clear contact with dispatch.
• Perform routine care for your equipment with support from in‑house maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
