Zensah’s Sales and Marketing office is based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, offering opportunities to work closely with a performance-focused, apparel-driven team. Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, responsible for driving online sales and optimizing the digital customer experience for Zensah’s products. This role manages day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and site merchandising across owned and third-party platforms. The position analyzes website and marketplace performance data, tracks KPIs, and develops action plans to improve conversion, average order value, and customer retention. The Ecommerce Manager collaborates with marketing and sales teams to execute digital campaigns, optimize content, and maintain consistent brand messaging. Additional responsibilities include monitoring competitor activity, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to strategic initiatives that expand Zensah’s online presence. Qualifications Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience managing online stores, marketplaces, and digital sales funnels. Demonstrated Marketing skills, with the ability to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies. Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting ecommerce metrics, customer behavior data, and performance reports to guide decision-making. Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to leadership. Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, or similar) and basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to monitor traffic, conversions, and user engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
