Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurses provide comprehensive care to women before, during, and after childbirth. Key duties include monitoring maternal vitals and fetal heart rates, assisting with labor pain management (including epidurals), assisting during vaginal or C-section deliveries, and performing initial postpartum and newborn assessments
