Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator is a hands-on, operations-focused role responsible for supporting daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, ensuring workplace safety, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments and is comfortable handling multiple facility-related responsibilities independently.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of facilities, workplace, or operations experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution center, or similar environments.
  • Experience managing work orders and maintenance requests.
  • Vendor coordination and contractor management experience.
  • Daily facility walkthroughs and site inspection experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, ticketing/work order systems).
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HVAC, CRAC units, electrical, mechanical, or fire protection systems.
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety (EHS/OSHA) practices.
  • Experience with emergency response and evacuation procedures.
  • Event, meeting room, or conference coordination.
  • Experience managing building access, alarm systems, badges, mailroom, or office operations.
