Customer Service Associate

Pete’s Golf Shop — Mineola, NY

Pete’s Golf Shop is a custom golf shop looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Associate to help make every customer’s visit a great experience. You’ll be a welcoming first point of contact for golfers who come in for repairs, club fittings, new-club pickups, and advice about our services.

What you’ll do

Greet customers and answer questions in person and by phone.
Help customers drop off and pick up clubs for repairs.
Schedule club fittings and other appointments.
Keep customers informed about their service or order.
Explain the shop’s services and help customers find the right next step.
Support the team with day-to-day shop tasks.

What we’re looking for

A friendly, helpful approach and strong communication skills.
Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfort speaking with customers and juggling multiple tasks.
A genuine interest in golf and experience playing the game at any level.

Golf-shop or customer-service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
