You will serve as candidate advocates and consultative partners to internal teams, responsible for recruiting permanent (majority), contract, and contract-to-hire talent. You will work across disciplines and must be highly proficient in candidate generation and sourcing and be able to deliver quality talent with minimal lead time. This role is perfect for an individual who can efficiently handle a high volume of work across multiple geographies while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Represent, articulate, and evangelize the Publicis brand proposition with personality and professionalism Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles Source and screen qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques Work with centralized recruitment coordination team to schedule, track, and manage in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close offers Evaluate candidate capability using a multi-source approach, synthesizing insights across resumes, interviews, and assessments to distinguish demonstrated skill from surface-level presentation. Use structured probing and follow-up to test depth, authorship, and consistency, ensuring that candidate evaluations reflect real capability and applied judgment. Partner with hiring managers to elevate interviewing rigor, align on evidence standards, and reinforce consistent, high-quality evaluation practices across the hiring process. Foster a disciplined, evidence-based approach to hiring decisions, clearly documenting how conclusions were formed and avoiding reliance on intuition, polish, or isolated data points. Provide regular status updates to Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers for recruitment for open positions Maintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicable Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need Fully and accurately use our applicant tracking system & CRM, iCIMS, and all other Talent Acquisition tools Leverage company approved AI tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and workflow efficiency; apply critical judgment to validate outputs and ensure relevance, accuracy, and appropriateness. Exercise sound judgment in the use of AI, data, and recruiting technologies, balancing efficiency with compliance, privacy, fairness, and long-term credibility. Contribute to ad hoc project work Qualifications 1+ years of experience recruiting Successful track record recruiting and filling marketing and/or advertising roles Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn the advertising/marketing industry Organized and process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding Solid experience with applicant tracking systems Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter Professional and effective oral and written communication skills Outstanding critical thinking and strong analytical skills Sincere desire to work in a team environment Innate curiosity and interest in self-education Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
