MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Special Projects Group (Code 701S0, Deputy Lifting and Handling (L&H) Department (Code 701), Lifting and Handling Department (Code 700) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. You will plan, organize, support, and execute the implementation and sustainment of Communities of Practice and Learning Cells and other methods for Lifting and Handling department processes and programs. You will be responsible for process analysis, formulation of recommendations on organizational improvements, assistance with organizational improvement implementation and follow-up assessment of improvement effectiveness. You will analyze, evaluate and present information regarding trend analysis of metrics, data, processes and cultural program initiatives to teams and appropriate personnel. You will collect and interpret data providing information, recommendations and proposed solutions to team members and management. You will coordinate and track workshops, training and events focused on process improvement, cultural change and maximum use of human capital.
