Managing Partner

As a Managing Partner, you’ll grow a team of financial representatives. You’ll help guide and train your team members as they work to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. You will accomplish this by attracting, recruiting, and developing a team of successful financial representatives through coaching, motivating, and mentoring. Responsibilities Attract, recruit and develop a team of financial representatives. Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to meet the financial needs of members. Maintain continuing education and training to earn advanced industry designations (LUTC, CLU, Series 6, 63, 26). Qualifications Honest with integrity. Leadership skills and ability to create a healthy work environment. Strong collaboration and communication efforts. Volunteer spirit and desire to build a business for themselves.
