Requirements:

Must be Board certified in hand surgery or a Truly board eligible - REQUIRED
Must have fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery - REQUIRED
Have an active license in both Iowa and Illinois - Preferrred. but will review new licensing candidates too!
Strong clinical and surgical expertise with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care - REQUIRED
Open to both graduating fellows and experienced hand surgeons
Does the provider require visa support - H-1B cap exempt (Note in Additional Submission Details) - REQUIRED
Submit Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days from submission at time of presentation- REQUIRED
Board Certified
Board Eligible

Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production incentives beginning at 10,650 wRVUs
Straight production compensation model starting in Year 3
Earning potential exceeding $1 million annually
