The facility provides inpatient gynecologic surgical services and operates in accordance with structured clinical workflows to support continuous patient care. Lancaster features a revitalized downtown district and is known for its aerospace heritage and the scenic Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve.

Lancaster, California is located in the Antelope Valley region of the Mojave Desert in northern Los Angeles County. The area offers a range of cultural and outdoor attractions, including the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve, The BLVD downtown corridor with dining and entertainment options, and seasonal events such as the California Poppy Festival. Clinicians on assignment may also take advantage of California's broader regional offerings, spanning coastal destinations, desert landscapes, mountain terrain, and year-round recreational activities throughout the state.

Clinicians will provide inpatient gynecologic surgical coverage through in-house call shifts at an on-site facility in California. Clinical responsibilities encompass gynecologic surgery, supporting a volume of approximately 128 procedures per month. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned cases during each designated shift. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
