Basic Requirements Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement 1–2 years of customer service or comparable customer‑facing experience Background working with children or families in settings such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar environments Confident making regular phone calls and navigating families through multi‑stage procedures Excellent verbal communication abilities and the capacity to quickly establish trust Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital lead management systems Nice‑to‑have Requirements Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives Academic coursework or professional experience in communications, education, or a related discipline Compensation and Working Arrangement This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
