In this capacity, you will oversee the complete journey for prospective families beginning with their initial contact. You will reply promptly and with care, coordinate campus visits and shadow experiences, ensure applicant information remains current and precise, and help parents understand Alpha's approach and whether it matches their aspirations. This is a high-visibility, relationship-centered position where you directly affect enrollment outcomes. This is an on-campus, fast-moving role based in San Francisco for someone capable of handling concurrent responsibilities with precision and attentiveness. What You Will Be Doing Addressing inquiries from prospective families within a 24-hour window with communication that is clear, professional, and consistent with Alpha's identity Organizing and managing admissions events, campus tours, and shadow days for students, covering logistics and follow-up engagement Ensuring applicant records remain thorough and accurate across CRM systems and admissions tools Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational model, respond to their questions, and document meaningful information Working alongside campus and admissions team members to maintain a streamlined and effective admissions process What You Won’t Be Doing Making final decisions on admissions or shaping enrollment policy Teaching classes or managing curriculum content Relying on aggressive sales methods or pre-written scripts Working in an environment that lacks structure or urgency Admissions Representative Key Responsibilities Provide a smooth, high-impact admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment while ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha.
