Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years Telemetry experience within the past 3 years License: GA or compact nursing license required Certifications: Rhythm identification test required upon start Must-Have: - Strong cardiac skills Description: Candidates must have experience in a telemetry unit. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 4:1, sometimes 5:1. Candidates will be required to take a rhythm identification test once they start. The test is proctored, and candidates will have two chances to pass. The test is not multiple choice. Only travelers beyond a 50-mile radius will be considered. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required. Candidates must be adaptable to a changing environment.
