About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to define and execute global clinical development strategies for a focused pipeline of early- to mid-stage programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning scientific, regulatory, and commercial objectives, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market. This role involves building and scaling a high-performing clinical development organization, integrating translational science and patient-centric endpoints, and leading global regulatory engagement. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing global clinical execution, collaborating cross-functionally, and contributing to business development activities. Applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. and a minimum of 10 years' clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a broad therapeutic background. Experience in women's health, immunology, cardiometabolic, or cell therapy is highly valued. The role requires the ability to partner with external stakeholders, design efficient development programs, and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global KOL advisory boards and refining strategies based on evolving science and unmet patient needs. A strong focus on the U.S. market, as well as the ability to ensure scientific rigor, data integrity, and on-time delivery of key milestones, is essential.
