Tech & Licensing Commercial Counsel (Remote)

Juneau, AK

Rocket Software’s in-house legal team seeks a Legal Counsel to support the Americas sales organization, providing strategic legal advice on commercial activities and technology transactions. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex IT contracts, lend counsel to multiple business units, and help ensure compliance with data protection, export controls, and anti-corruption laws. The role requires driving risk-aware decision-making, working with executives and customers, and contributing to #J-18808-Ljbffr
