Director, Asset Liability Management Advisory

Our client, an asset liability management consulting firm, is currently seeking a Director of Advisory services to join their team. The Director of Advisory Services will work remotely, service clients across the US and be expected to travel 30% - 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 15 - 20 clients
• Act as a SME in areas of asset liability and balance sheet management
• Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted strategic advisor for clients
• Lead the overall strategic relationship, integrating capital, liquidity, interest rate risk, asset allocation, funding, and other balance sheet considerations into actionable recommendations
• Lead recurring client meetings, ALCO presentations, and annual onsite visits
• Identify opportunities to deepen the client relationship through relevant strategic advice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of experience in Asset Liability Management
• Deep understanding of the full banking model, including credit risk, liquidity risk, interest xhyhwjd rate risk, capital, funding, and earnings considerations
• Design and implement capital allocation and balance sheet strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
• Comprehensive understanding of banking regulations and the ability to incorporate regulatory considerations into strategic recommendations
