We're partnering with a premium outdoor and performance apparel brand , on the search for a Direct to Consumer Director to lead retail, ecommerce and merchandising across their global business.

Based at the brand's Southern Hemisphere headquarters, you'll report directly to the CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership Team, taking full ownership of the DTC business across Oceania, Europe and North America. This is a role that requires an individual capable of driving sustainable, profitable growth at speed, across both owned retail and ecommerce.

What you'll be doing

• Owning total DTC growth across retail and ecommerce — from store performance to conversion and repeat purchase
• Shaping the global store network strategy, including new market entry, formats and investment decisions
• Taking personal accountability for assortment, range planning and merchandising, market by market
• Steering full-price trading and sell-through discipline, protecting brand equity while hitting commercial targets
• Aligning DTC and Wholesale, to create a consistent and cohesive commercial ecosystem
• Leading Retail, Ecommerce and Merchandising teams with a hands-on, get-it-done mentality

What we're looking for

• A proven track record scaling a profitable retail and ecommerce business internationally
• Deep, hands-on experience in merchandising, assortment and range planning within apparel
• Category experience in premium apparel — sports, xhyhwjd outdoor or performance apparel preferred
• Comfort operating across multiple regions and time zones, including Oceania, Europe and North America
• A genuine affinity for the outdoors, and a willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
• Sharp commercial instincts, full P&L ownership experience, and comfort making calls under pressure
• A self-starter mentality — hands-on, decisive and unafraid of detail

Package — Base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives reflecting the seniority of this Executive Leadership position.
