The role

We are growing fast, and every seat we open in the US needs to meet the same evidence-based standard we hold our clients to. As Head of US Talent Acquisition, you will own hiring end-to-end, from executive assistants and consultants through associate directors and partners, and build the pipelines that let us hire quickly without lowering the bar.

What you will own

• Full-cycle US hiring. Intake, sourcing, first interviews, work samples, offers, and close, for roles from executive assistant to partner.
• Pipelines that exist before the need. You keep warm benches for our key seats, so a new opening starts with names, not a blank page.
• Direct outreach. You source and approach passive candidates yourself.
• Evidence-based assessment. You run our hiring signals and validation exercises consistently, and give leadership clear recommendations.
• Employer brand. You make Christian & Timbers the firm serious search people want to join.
• Systems. Our hiring tools and candidate data are yours to keep accurate and useful.

Must have

• Five or more years owning full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally in professional services, executive search, or a high-growth company.
• Hiring across levels, from support roles through senior and leadership hires.
• Outreach that gets answered. You can show messages that got senior people to reply.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS or CRM such as Loxo, Greenhouse or HubSpot.
• Comfort building structure in a fast-moving environment, without waiting for permission.
• Excellent written communication and sound judgment with senior candidates.

Nice to have

Experience recruiting for retained search or consulting firms, hiring remote teams across time zones, or knowledge of the AI, semiconductor or data center talent markets.

How remote works

Fully remote anywhere in the United States, or hybrid if you are in New York City, Cleveland or San Francisco. The team meets in person four times a year. Those meetups are optional but encouraged, and we cover the travel. xhyhwjd
